T.J. is the visionary principal business owner of Clear Integrity Group (CIG), bringing unparalleled expertise and leadership to the commercial real estate sector. A retired Brigadier General from the United States Army, T.J. concluded over three decades of distinguished service in 2021. His remarkable career is adorned with prestigious accolades, including the Distinguished Service Medal, five Legion of Merit awards, and the Bronze Star Medal for meritorious service in combat.
Throughout his military tenure, T.J. cultivated a legacy of excellence and award-winning team achievements, demonstrating phenomenal leadership in some of the world’s most challenging environments. His experience spans a diverse array of deployments, including Germany, Bosnia, Kosovo, Kuwait, Qatar, Jordan, Egypt, Iraq, and Afghanistan. A survivor of the Pentagon terrorist attack on September 11, 2001, T.J. exemplifies resilience and unwavering commitment in the face of adversity.
At CIG, T.J. channels his passion for leadership into optimizing the company’s commercial real estate portfolios and operations. He approaches each challenge with the same strategic mindset that defined his military career.
T.J. holds a Real Estate Sales Agent License from the Texas Real Estate Commission. He is also academically accomplished, possessing a Master of Science from the U.S. Army War College, a Master of Arts from the Naval War College, and a Master of Arts in Communication from the University of Oklahoma. Additionally, he earned his undergraduate degree in Journalism from the University of South Carolina.

Christopher oversees due diligence, property takeovers, and special projects, including physical inspections, file audits, make-readies, and construction management. He leverages data-driven insights to inform decision-making and improve operational effectiveness.
Previously a Project Manager, Christopher is known for his versatility, often stepping into property manager or leasing agent roles to support his team during transitions and lease-ups. He excels in budgeting and managing upgrades to common areas and interiors, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
An Eagle Scout, Christopher is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship with a Certificate in Real Estate Development at the University of Oklahoma. He is also a licensed Oklahoma Real Estate Agent.
