Roxana Tofan

Roxana serves as the company’s principal broker and oversees all corporate, commercial brokerage, project, and property management operations. She has over two decades of commercial real estate and property management experience across several markets in the United States. Roxana’s expertise in real estate brokerage and property management is financial analysis and performance, due diligence, new construction lease-ups, construction project management of rehabs and turning around troubled assets.

Roxana loves helping clients acquire the right investment properties to meet their investment goals. She looks for “partnerships” and not mere transactions which is why she takes an active role in the due diligence and analysis phases.  She understands troubled asset management better than our large property management competitors. Roxana works to bring clients the peace of mind that their investment is in the best hands possible.

CIG has a small but dedicated team that pays attention to details so that we can achieve our owners' goals and objectives. We work in sync at all levels of operations, and we stay motivated and focused to make our property operations and sales successful.
Roxana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Marketing from Drake University. She enjoys being a contributing writer for the commercial real estate magazine, The Network. Her passion is giving back to the local community and to other non-profit volunteer organizations like TEAMability, Boy Scouts, Special Olympics and the USO.

T.J. Edwards

T.J. is a principal business owner for Clear Integrity Group (CIG). T.J. retired from the United States (U.S.) Army as a Brigadier General in 2021 with over 3 decades of strategic and operational leadership experience.  Among his awards and decorations, he was awarded Distinguished Service Medal (DSM), Legion of Merit (LOM x5 awards), and the Bronze Star Medal (BSM) for meritorious service in combat.

 

In the military, T.J. built a legacy of excellence, phenomenal leadership, and award-winning team successes.  He brings his same passionate leadership approach today to CIG’s commercial real estate portfolios and operations.  T.J. is a survivor of the Pentagon terrorist attack that killed 184 people on September 11th, 2001.  He is no stranger to dealing with challenging environments or difficult missions.  He has served in places like Germany, Bosnia, Kosovo, Kuwait, Qatar, Jordan, Egypt, Iraq, and Afghanistan.   

 

T.J. holds a Real Estate Sales Agent License from the Texas Real Estate Commission.

He has a Master of Science degree from the U.S. Army War College; a Master of Arts degree from the Naval War College; and a Master of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Oklahoma.  He has an undergraduate degree in Journalism from the University of South Carolina.

Christopher Hammock

Project Manager

In his capacity as a Project Manager at CIG, Christopher assists with due diligence, takeover, and special projects, including physical inspections, file audits, make-readies, and construction management. Additionally, he handles budgeting and follows up on common area and interior upgrades of the company's properties. Christopher frequently steps into the property manager or leasing agent role to support the team during transitions or lease-ups.

Outside of work, Christopher attends the University of Oklahoma, where he also plays rugby. He has a passion for football, wrestling, business, and traveling, cherishing opportunities to explore new places and cultures.

Sam Garcia

Investment Sales Associate 
Real Estate License in Texas

As a longtime business owner, Sam has dedicated over 20 years to working within tax and bookkeeping as a tax firm owner. He is an Enrolled Agent licensed by the IRS and earned his Finance degree from the University of Texas in San Antonio. Through his extensive experience, Sam has become an expert in problem-solving while collaborating with fellow business owners and leaders across diverse industries. He is excited to shift his focus and become a vital resource for those interested in commercial real estate.

Derek Higgins

Operations Specialist 

Derek has more than 20 years in the apartment industry and is an expert in marketing, branding, operations, logistics, accounting and business development. He is most proud of working with site teams to make things happen. Derek has a positive attitude and brings great enthusiasm to the company. In his current role as an Operations Specialist he tackles special projects and works side by side with property teams and the home office to achieve goals set by the company, owners or lenders.

Clara Hernandez 

Area Manager

Throughout her property management career, Clara has found fulfillment in revitalizing properties and boosting occupancy rates while enhancing resident retention. As an area manager, she takes charge of several properties, diligently overseeing all facets of property management supervision, including marketing, leasing, collections, make-readies, maintenance requests, community relations, and improvement projects, among others. Clara's favorite aspect of her job is the chance to make a positive impact every day on owners, the company, residents, and staff alike. Outside of work, she cherishes spending time with her family and embarking on exploratory adventures.

Sanda Beu

Marketing Manager

Sanda brings over a decade of experience in real estate to her role, with a focus on remodeling houses, offices, and restaurants. Additionally, she boasts extensive experience in hosting events and managing special projects for corporate companies. As the company's Marketing Manager, Sanda takes charge of all interior design work for property models, office spaces, and common areas upgrades. She collaborates closely with contractors to ensure the execution of designs aligns with the company's vision and goals.

Daniel Ciuca

Market Research Analyst

Daniel brings extensive experience in restaurant development and operations to his role, having spent many years researching markets, identifying sites, and developing a diverse range of restaurants, from fast food establishments to high-end steak houses. At CIG, he plays a vital role in keeping the team informed about current market trends and rents, while also introducing new programs that can enhance property operations. Additionally, Daniel assists with due diligence for new properties and updates rent surveys for existing properties, ensuring the company remains competitive and well-informed in the ever-evolving real estate landscape.
