The qualities Roxana’s clients value most about her are that she is aggressive, direct, passionate, focused and effective. 

 

Roxana serves as the company’s principal broker and oversees all corporate, commercial brokerage, project and property management operations. She is directly involved in all commercial sales and operations and represents both buyers and sellers of apartment communities, office and retail buildings. 

 

Roxana has two decades of commercial real estate and business operations management experience, Roxana worked in several markets across the United States including Texas, Ohio, South Carolina, Kentucky, Michigan, Oregon, Montana, Washington, Idaho and Illinois. 

 

Roxana’s specific expertise in commercial real estate is financial analysis and performance, due diligence, new construction lease-ups, project management of rehabs and turning around troubled assets. 

 

Roxana served as a contributing writer for industry publications including The Network, IREM in-Line, Multifamily Executive, and Units magazines. Her passion is giving back to the community as she volunteers her time for various support organizations in the local communities such as Boy Scouts of America and United Service Organization supporting the military. 

Margaret Martinez

Margaret is skilled at putting together successful onsite teams and has a proven success record with lease ups, property repositioning and any out of the box successful operations. Her passion and dedication for property management, clients, residents and a strong team are what makes her most valuable to CIG. She simply gets things done. 

 

Margaret oversees the property management operations for CIG. She plays a key role in client relations and new business accounts. She began her career in property management 25 years ago as an onsite community director. She worked her way up the ranks by learning everything there is to learn about on site property management and working for large corporate companies.

 

Margaret is instrumental in CIG’s mentor program, providing training and guidance on every aspect of operations from collections to leasing, rehabs, and marketing.
