 Clear Integrity Group LLC is excited to announce Reginald Johnson joining as the Executive Vice President – Commercial Investments who will work in the company’s Ohio market.

Reginald has over 27 years of expertise in financial, portfolio, and asset management, credit and financial review in addition to planning, construction and development and managing of commercial real estate. Reginald has considerable experience and proven success in assessing and stabilizing deteriorating multifamily properties around the country.

In his most recent roles as Vice President of Asset Management, Capital Improvement and Development for the Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority, Vice President and Portfolio Manager for Hunington National Bank and Banc One Community Development, Reginald was responsible for asset management covering 15 states and managing a one billion dollar investment portfolio in both Commercial Loan Portfolio and Investment Portfolio. Reginald is also an experienced asset manager of the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), Historic Tax Credit Real Estate Investments, Housing Urban Development, Venture Capital and Small Business Investment Corporations in several states.

Reginald serves and has served on several local, state and national Board of Trustees including Housing Certified Credit Professionals, Columbus Public School – Finance and Appropriations Committee, engage Community Development Corporations and The Ohio Community Development Finance Fund.

Reginald has owned difference successful businesses, enjoys writing music and has released his album, “Finally” at, playing golf and spending time with his family.
